We strive to ensure our customers have a speedy and pleasant shopping experience. Orders are accepted through our secure website or by phone. Most items are in stock and ready to ship within 24 hours of ordering; however some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. If an item is unavailable, you will be notified within 24 hours of processing. You will receive an order confirmation number and an approximate total at the conclusion of your order process. An email address must be provided to obtain a tracking number. Orders ship via UPS Monday through Friday 9a-4p PAC except for holidays. | RETURNS AND EXCHANGES | ||
| We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us know so that we can take care of you. Please contact us for return/exchange information or download the refund/exchange form available here. We will gladly provide a refund, exchange, or store credit for items in original condition and accompanied by a packing slip within 30 days of receipt date. Please note custom pieces are final sale. The buyer is responsible for shipping and handling fees for returned items. Unless the order is defective or incorrect, shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Purchases made via credit card will be refunded to the same card. Transactions paid by check or cash will be issued a check. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for returns processing. Exchanges will ship within 1-2 business days from receipt of return items. You will receive a ship notification and tracking number via email. RETURNING A GIFT? No problem! Please complete the return exchange form for item exchange or for store credit. | REPAIRS | ||
Your satisfaction with our products is our priority. All watch faces are backed by a one year warranty (proof of original purchase must be provided). If an item is determined to be defective, we will gladly provide repairs free of charge. Depending on the nature of the damage, we will provide services for free or contact you before any charges are incurred. Please feel free to contact us for further details. If a watch face is physically damaged by the customer or is past the one year warranty, replacement faces can be purchased and installed for a $25 fee, subject to sales tax. Please print, complete, and send the following form along with a copy of original sales receipt and repair items. |

Silver Spoon Jewelry is handmade in the USA using plated chain, sterling earring wire, and sterling toggles. Pendants and bands are silver plate. | Silver Spoon pieces have a unique, oxidized finish to preserve an antique charm. Regular wear will keep the products tarnish-free. Extended periods of non-use and exposure to elements may result in some tarnishing. However, a soft polishing cloth will clean your pieces effectively. Chain may be washed with mild soapy water. Please be aware watch faces are not water resistant. We do not recommend the use of jewelry dipping solutions as they may be abrasive to the finish or the delicate findings.
